Please note that for each of our products precise measurements, pictures, materials and any defect have been accurately listed and described, in order to offer you the best service possible and to let you have a great shopping experience.

We strongly suggest to always double check the measurements as sizing (as reported on the tags) in vintage clothes often don't reflect modern ones. Measurements are taken in centimeters, the best way to determine if an item will fit perfectly is to measure yourself or your clothing and compare them to the item's measurement, always allowing room in the fit for comfort.

Please be aware that, being vintage and secondhand, the items in our collection may present some signs of wear, however anything major will always be listed and photographed. Materials are often high quality and delicate, hence why all items will be professionally sanitized, washed, ironed and folded for you to appear clean, fresh and ready to wear once you will receive it.

If you wish to proceed to a refund, please send us an email at info.archivioferrari@gmail.com stating the item you wish to return and the reason for the return within 14 days from purchase. Please be aware that the shipping costs are at your own expense and you can choose whatever shipping method you prefer.

Once the parcel with the returned item has reached our address, we will verify that is has not been used, it is in its original packaging and it doesn't present any damage. We will then proceed to refund you the initial price of the item as soon as possible through the initial payment method chosen.
