Stunning and rare tailored trench coat by the iconic British brand Daks London, founded in 1894 by a then 16-year-old Simeon Simpson, who set up his business as a bespoke tailor in Middlesex Street in London and later enjoyed the privilege of holding the three Royal Warrants from HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales.

The trench coat features long sleeves, a round neckline, two roomy front pockets and the traditional black, camel and vicuna (two of the most luxurious and prestigious fibers) checkered lining, called "DAKS House Check", established in 1976. The trench comes with no belt or belt loops and has adjustable cuffs that can be tighten or loosen through small metal buckles (the original, consumed ones have been changed with new leather buckles). Please note that the coat is in great conditions and it has been professionally dry-cleaned and treated, however due to its vintage nature and long life, some small spots remain on the front (see pictures 13-17), that are hardly visible once worn but have been taken into consideration while setting the final price.

The model in the pictures is a size 40IT, 1.73 m tall.
